Happy New Year and welcome to 2020! As I have done in the past few years, I want to talk about setting some goals for this coming year. In study after study it has been proven that people with written goals do better in life than those who have no written goals. So I'm going to try and make it easy for you. Below I have a list of goals. All you need to do is fill in the blanks. There is also a blank for a deadline. Remember that a goal is just a wish unless it is written down, and has a deadline.

Take a few minutes and fill this 2020 goal list out. Write your name across the top of this sheet. Some of these goals may not apply to you, and you can always add others. Keep this list where you can look at it once a month. In December of 2020 pull this list out and see how you did. Setting annual goals is a great habit to get into and I can attest that it will make you a better person. The most successful people in the world are people who set written goals!
