The question that was posed at our 2015 Kick Off Meeting was   “What common traits do companies that thrive on excellence and great service have in common?”  Here is what you responded:



·      They exceed expectations

·      They are consistent

·      Their people have positive attitudes

·      They are proactive

·      They are thoughtful

·      They are well trained

·      They show empathy

·      They show integrity

·      They are respectful

·      They honor their word

·      They are outwardly focused

·      They go above and beyond the call of duty

·       They take care of the little things



In our search for excellence, these are the things we must strive for.  These are the things we must become!
