I was on site at the Bing Elementary School several weeks ago as we wrapped up a very successful project for Hillsborough County Schools. Duane, Mike and Blaine had done an outstanding job of exceeding our client's expectations. Blaine introduced me to the school Principal, and she was very complimentary about the finished product!
As I walked around with Blaine, he told me about all the little things that he had done for the Principal and the school. These were things that weren't on the plans or in the specifications, but things that Blaine knew would make for a better project. Most of these items Blaine figured out how to persuade our subs to take care of. Many we did ourselves. Blaine showed me at the front entrance how we freshened up the landscaping with new flowers and mulch so the returning students and faculty would have a great first impression of their newly renovated school.
Going that extra mile, doing the little things that no one is expecting, separates us from our competition. It's called "INCREDIBLE SERVICE!" Blaine, Duane and Mike understand the importance of this concept.
