This quote from the great football coach Vince Lombardi sums up how great organizations work. Every job is critical! Every job is important! Answering the phone, writing a subcontract, keeping track of payroll, purchasing hardware and software, preparing a marketing package, holding a safety meeting, meeting with a building official, tracking insurance and delivering incredible client service are all part of each individuals responsibility.
Only after everyone is truly committed to accomplishing their given responsibilities is our success assured.
